VMS – Visitor Management System Mobile App

VMS (Visitor Management System) is a comprehensive mobile application designed to streamline visitor check-in processes for organizations, offices, and residential complexes. The project focused on creating a secure, efficient, and user-friendly interface for both visitors and administrators.

The design process involved extensive user research to understand the pain points in traditional visitor management. I created detailed user flows and wireframes in Figma, ensuring a seamless experience from visitor registration to check-out.

The app features a modern, professional aesthetic with intuitive navigation, real-time notifications, and robust security features. Special emphasis was placed on making the check-in process quick and contactless, which became especially important in the post-pandemic era.
