Horilla – HRMS Mobile App Design

Horilla Mobile App is the native mobile companion to the Horilla HRMS platform, designed to assist employees and HR managers on the go. The goal was to translate complex HR workflows into a simple, thumb-friendly mobile interface.

Designed efficiently in Figma, the app covers essential features like geofenced attendance marking, leave requests, payroll slip viewing, and real-time notifications. The design prioritizes speed and accessibility, ensuring users can complete tasks in seconds.
