IHRS – Job Portal & Recruitment Platform

IHRS is a comprehensive Job Portal & Recruitment Platform designed to connect job seekers with employers and streamline corporate recruitment workflows. As Full-Stack / Frontend Developer, I developed and maintained key platform features across the job seeker portal and the employer management suite.

I engineered an intuitive job search and multi-criteria filtering engine that enables candidates to filter opportunities by district, qualification, shift/working time, and specific Job ID. Furthermore, I integrated Cratio CRM for bidirectional job synchronization and applicant tracking, implementing robust API pagination, rate handling, and payload validation, alongside database schema enhancements and frontend recruitment workflow improvements.
